Contra Costa Animal Services March Newsletter

Contra Costa Animal Services Newsletter - March 2020

March is always a special month here at Contra Costa Animal Services. Every year our awesome volunteers go out of their way to host St. Pitty's Day, a very special adoption event, featuring our bully breeds. In addition to highlighting the bully breed, this year we are also bringing special attention to May, one of our long term residents at the shelter. You can read more about her in our blog. We also have our highlighted adoption to share with you this month.

Adoption Update Story

ADOPTED!

I would like to express my extreme pleasure with having this little lady as a part of my life! My name is Kay. I am 40-something. I am single. I have no children. I wanted to rescue a pet, but I actually found a pet who rescued me. Her name is Olivia. She is very smart, very friendly and extremely affectionate . . . Thank you for bringing us together. And thank you for your Pets For Vets program. This program will definitely change the lives of so many Veterans who are afflicted with emotional and mental health conditions.
