Contra Costa County Public Work Will Perform Gate Modifications at the Montarabay Community Center
November 4, 2021, San Pablo, CA – A contractor for Contra Costa County Public Works will perform gate modifications at both of the access points to the Montarabay Community Center in San Pablo. Work will begin on Monday, November 8, 2021 and last through Friday, November 12, 2021, barring unforeseen circumstances. The work will occur between 7:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m., weather permitting.
The work includes adding two (2) posts to the main entry way and one (1) post to the second entry way, under the railroad overpass, to secure gates when open. The second gate will also be modified for ease of access. This work will improve the accessibility for authorized personnel and safety for users of the Montarabay Facility.
