Planning Applications are now a 100% Online Application Process

Please be advised all Planning Applications must be submitted via the ePermits Center website and we no longer accept planning applications via email. The ePermit system has been designed to provide a more streamlined experience for applicants. Please register to use our ePermits process now so that you will be ready to submit future applications.

The Department of Conservation and Development’s ePermits Center provides a web based permitting system to allow contractors, property owners, owner agents and design professionals to apply for planning application, building permits permits, pay planning and permit fees, view planning and permit status and schedule/cancel inspections. There are helpful resources on the ePermits Center to help users navigate the ePermits Center webpage.
