APPOINTMENT
Title:
County Administrator
The Board of Supervisors unanimously indicated its intent to appoint
John Cullen as the new County Administrator to succeed John Sweeten who is
retiring in March 1, 2006. The Board of Supervisors DIRECTED Supervisors Gioia
and Piepho to negotiate a final contract with Mr. Cullen to be presented to the
Board for approval at a future meeting in January 2006

SHORT DISCUSSION ITEMS
A.
APPROVE
and AUTHORIZE the Chair, Board of Supervisors, to execute a contract with
Batchelor & Associates in an amount not to exceed $36,000 to provide
financial, economic, and administrative consulting services to the Board of
Supervisors and the County Administrator for the period January 1 through June
30, 2006. (100% General Fund) (All Districts)
APPROVED and AUTHORIZED the Chair, Board of Supervisors, to execute
a contract with Batchelor & Associates in an amount not to exceed $36,000
