Personnel Services Division

The Personnel Services Division is the centralized authority for recruitment, assessment, classification, and compensation efforts for the County. Our team is responsible for posting job opportunities; conducting recruitment outreach; developing and administering merit system assessments; referring eligible candidate to departments; conducting salary surveys and job audits; preparing class specifications (job descriptions) and classification reports; and a variety of special Human Resources projects.
